Strategic Partnerships & Bid Specialist:  

•  Identifies and secures revenue through non-traditional channels. Primary focus on Government Contracting (RFPs) for catering, Corporate Sponsorships for media assets, and strategic resource acquisition. Utilizes AI's (Copilot and Gemini) to identify open bids and draft winning proposals. Must have experience with government/corporate procurement processes rather than just traditional non-profit grants. 

 Content Marketing Manager (Multimedia):  

• Produces high-impact multimedia content (Written, Photo, Short-form Video) for social media, wholesale sell-sheets, and the website. Responsible for documenting 'The Poppa Joe Way'—creating the training manuals and recipe guides that will eventually serve as the backbone of our franchise system. 

 Client Success & Retention Manager:

•  Proactively manages the post-sale lifecycle. Conducts follow-ups with Catering clients to secure repeat business and manages the 'Health Check' of our Wholesale retail partners. Acts as the primary data-feeder for our CRM, ensuring all customer feedback is categorized to improve our future product roadmap.
