Grant Writer & Resource Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

Responsible for identifying, securing, and managing diverse funding sources through competitive grant applications and strategically acquiring essential products or resources needed to support operational goals. This is a goal-oriented, strategic role.

Key Responsibilities

* Grant Strategy: Write, edit, and submit high-quality, compelling grant proposals and manage the entire grant lifecycle (budgeting, reporting). * Resource Acquisition: Identify opportunities for in-kind donations and strategic partnerships to acquire necessary products/equipment. * Sales & AI Alignment: Routinely consult data and insights from Copilot for Sales to prioritize acquisition efforts that directly address high-priority sales/customer needs. * Accountability: Collaborate with leadership to establish SMART goals for funding and resources, and report directly against these goals on a scheduled basis.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of securing five- to six-figure grants. Financial acumen for developing grant budgets. Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and relationship building with funders and partners. Hands-on experience utilizing AI sales enablement tools (like Copilot for Sales) for strategic data extraction.

Key Account Sales Manager (CPG/Wholesale)

Role Summary

Responsible for driving wholesale revenue and market share of pre-packaged food products within major retail channels, including large grocery chains, regional wholesalers, and convenience store accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Account Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale business with key account headquarters. * Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, fostering deep relationships with retail buyers and category managers. * Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations (pricing, trade promotions, slotting fees). * Strategy: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), focusing on optimal product placement and trade spend ROI. * Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and analyze syndicated data to identify market trends and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience managing National or Key Accounts in the CPG/Food & Beverage industry. Direct experience selling into major Grocery and/or Convenience Store headquarter offices. Deep understanding of retail distribution and trade promotion management.

Customer Relations Manager

Role Summary

The primary champion for the customer experience, responsible for building, maintaining, and elevating long-term customer relationships, proactively resolving complex issues, and maximizing loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolution & Escalation: Act as the final point of escalation for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with key wholesale accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded partnership. * Feedback Loop: Systematically collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback (CSAT/NPS) to drive product and service improvements. * Process Improvement: Audit and improve current customer service workflows and develop comprehensive internal and external knowledge bases.

Required Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably within the CPG/Wholesale industry. Proven ability to handle high-stress situations with diplomacy. Strong working knowledge of CRM software.
